Preserved szechun pickle wastewater has a high salinity up to 7% and also has high content of nitrogen, phosphorus and organics. On account of the high salinity inhibition on microbes, it is difficult to successfully deal with this kind of waste water with traditional biological treatment technology. Obviously, preserved szechun pickle wastewater pollution has become a bottleneck to the development of pickle industry. Based on the technical difficulty of the microbial treatment system establishment in this field, our company has developed a novel technique which can successfully treat preserved szechun pickle wastewater and achieved demand of wastewater standard discharge and reclaimed water reuse
